Return and Exchange Policy

At K&M Uniforms, your satisfaction in our uniforms is important to us.  We understand that at times it is necessary to return or exchange an item, and we want to make it easy for you. We are happy to make your return or exchange whether you purchased the item on our website, in person, or by phone.

Returning Items

Items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all the original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund using the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Please include your name, address, and telephone number with all returns.

Exchanging Items

Items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all the original tags attached may be exchanged. Please provide the following information when exchanging an item:

Item being exchanged

The reason the item is being exchanged (example: the item was the wrong       size or color)

The item and size you would like to exchange for

Student’s name and grade

Parent’s name, phone number, and mailing address

Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a manufacturers defect in the clothing.
